After receipt of payment of the registration fees, you will receive a written confirmation from CTW. Only transfers until August 21, 2009 can be accepted. Later payments have to be made on-site at the registration desk.

Cancellations are accepted in written form only and should be directed to CTW. Cancellations received before August 1, 2009 will be refunded less 40%. Cancellations received after this date will not entitle to any refund.

Abstracts

Participants are invited to join the meeting and to submit an abstract for oral presentation until August 2, 2009 (250 words maximum, English language).

Abstracts should address topics related to clinical highfield and ultra-highfield MR, such as high resolution imaging, MR spectroscopy, MR angiography, functional MR, molecular imaging and other new techniques. In addition, technical aspects may also be covered if directly related to clinical highfield MR applications.

Abstracts may be submitted by e-mail (3Tesla@ukb.uni-bonn.de) using the abstract template.

You will be informed about the acceptance of your abstract at latest until August 10, 2009.
