All amounts are payable in Euro. All bank charges must be paid by the participant. Please quote the name of the participant on every giro transfer form. For summary payment orders, please enclose a list of names. For payment by creditcard we accept Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa.

After receipt of payment of the registration fees, you will receive a written confirmation from CTW.

Only transfers until August 25, 2006 (date of receipt) can be accepted. Later payments have to be done on-site at the registration desk.

Cancellation
Cancellations have to be made to CTW in writing only.

In the event of cancellation before July 31, 2006, the registration fees shall be refunded after deduction of a handling charge of EUR 60,00 per person.

In the event of cancellation until August 25, 2006 50 % of the registration fees shall be refunded. Fees can no longer be refunded in the event of cancellation after August 25, 2006.

Liability
Neither the organizer nor CTW – Congress Organisation Thomas Wiese GmbH is liable for any losses, accidents or damage to persons or objects, regardless of the cause. Participants and accompanying persons attend the conference and all accompanying events at their own risk and responsibility. The organizer is responsible for the contents of this Publication.

Accommodation

The Organizing Committee recommends the hotels as follows. They are all (except Harnack Haus) situated in the western city centre and are in walking distance to the underground line U3 or can be reached with one change.

Prices apply per room and night and include breakfast, service and value added tax.

Participants are kindly asked to book their hotel room directly at one of the hotels, using the code word "IFSAM".

In the mentioned hotels, allotments have been reserved for the congress participants.

Considering the fact that www hotel reservations systems, such as "hrs", "hotels.com" or "expedia", can often offer special discount or last-minute prices considerably lower than those that can be offered with special congress agreements, it is highly recommended to double check if a reservation with an online reservation system wouldn’t offer more  favourable conditions than those given above.
